The task
Create an app for training anywhere. The format is short, equipment-free workouts for those who don't have time for full-fledged workouts.
Solution
I conducted an audience analysis, created target audience profiles, and formulated a JTBD for each. Based on the analysis and user story, I created a user flow, wireframes, and an interactive prototype, which was tested by a focus group for usability. I also created a design system (tokens, components) and an intuitive design with familiar interaction patterns.
Result
The result is a convenient app that puts workouts at your fingertips and allows you to exercise in any free moment.
After a test run, it became clear that the app lacked a competitive effect, so I implemented a regular workout challenge for all users.
